Hired at AATP in 2021 as production supervisor and was eventually promoted to Technical Analyst. Dan possesses a deep knowledge and understanding of machine capabilities, ASTM & ASME specifications, and has technical expertise in reading of blueprints and drawings.

With a strong foundation in both technical analysis and production supervision, I am committed to advancing manufacturing processes and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. My mission is to support our team in delivering innovative and reliable threaded metal products that meet the intricate needs of our clients while also striving to improve customer satisfaction through the engineering of new specialty fasteners and meticulous maintenance of the bill of materials.

Lancaster Pennsylvania Native. Outside of work I enjoy pushing my physical limits by weightlifting and doing high intensity workouts. I like to unwind by playing music, I have played the guitar and bass since I was 13 years old. On the weekends you will find me working security at a local night club.
